Summary
The purpose of the law is to stop granting unjustified distinction to a legal entity whose activities have not been in accordance with the provisions of the law. With the amendment, the NGO Slava Ukraine is removed from the list of legal entities specified in § 61, paragraph 66 of the Income Tax Act, to which a resident legal entity does not pay income tax on donations and gifts made.
