Summary
Seaduse eesmärgiks on lõpetada põhjendamatu erisuse andmine juriidilisele isikule, kelle tegevus ei ole olnud vastavuses seaduses sätestatuga. Muudatusega eemaldatakse MTÜ Slava Ukraini tulumaksuseaduse § 61 lõikes 66 määratud juriidiliste isikute loetelust, kellele tehtud annetustelt ja kingitustelt residendist juriidiline isik ei maksa tulumaksu.
