Estonia joined the founding convention of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in 1992. As of August 2022, 175 IMO Member States have ratified the IMO Convention. With the draft law on the approval of amendments to the IMO Founding Convention, Estonia approves the amendments to the IMO Convention adopted at the 32nd session of the IMO Assembly in 2021.
