Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse autoriõiguse seaduses sätestatud nn erakopeerimise tasu jaotamise süsteemi, mille eesmärk on tagada õiguste omajatele õiglane hüvitis isiklikuks kasutamiseks kopeerimisest tuleneva tulu kaotuse eest. Eelnõu eesmärk on muuta erakopeerimise süsteemi paindlikumaks ja tõhusamaks. Selleks muudetakse tasu jaotamise sätteid, millega antakse asjassepuutuvatele isikutele senisest enam pädevust ise otsustada erakopeerimise tasu jaotamise üle. Eelnõus kavandatud muudatustega antakse põhiline roll erakopeerimise tasu jaotamise protsessis tasu saamiseks õigustatud isikute õigusi teostavatele kollektiivse esindamise organisatsioonidele.
