Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette kehtestada käibemaksu maksustamisperioodiks kuni kümne töötajaga väikeettevõtjatele, mille käive on kuni 200 000 eurot aastas, üks aasta. Kui kuni kümne töötajaga väikeettevõtte käive on 200 000 – 2 000 000 eurot aastas, pikeneks käibemaksu maksustamisperiood kuni kolme kuuni. Põhjendusena tuuakse, et pikem käibemaksu maksustamisperiood vähendab väikeettevõtjate ning Maksu- ja Tollimeti halduskoormust.
