Summary
Aktsiisiseaduse muudatusega vähendatakse bensiini, diisli, gaasi ja kütteõlide aktsiisimäärasid Euroopa Liidu miinimummääradeni. Käibemaksuseaduse muudatustega lisatakse soodusmääraga käibemaksuga maksustatavate kaupade nimekirja aktsiisimääraga maksustatavad kütused ning langetatakse toiduainete (sh. kartul, puu- ja köögivili) käibemaksumäär 5-le protsendile.
