Summary
Eelnõu koondab mitme valdkonna seadusemuudatused, et vähendada ettevõtjate halduskoormust, lihtsustada menetlusi ja muuta riigi töö efektiivsemaks. Kokku muudetakse bürokraatia vähendamiseks 8 seadust. Muudatustega vähendatakse aruandluskohustusi, kaotatakse aegunud nõudeid ja lihtsustatakse ettevõtjate suhtlust riigiga. Alkoholiseaduse muudatused suurendavad e-kaubanduse paindlikkust ja soodustavad uute tehnoloogiliste lahenduste kasutuselevõttu. Elektroonilise side seaduses ühtlustatakse raadio- ja sageduslubade kehtivusajad ning vähendatakse aruandlusnõudeid. Lõhkematerjaliseaduses lihtsustatakse riigisisese lõhkematerjali veo korda, asendades loakohustuse teavitamiskohustusega. Tarbijakaitseseaduse muudatustega tõhustatakse tarbijavaidluste komisjoni tööd. Väärismetalltoodete seaduses muudetakse nimemärgise registreerimine ühekordseks tegevuseks ning turismiseaduses lihtsustatakse reisiettevõtjatele dokumentide esitamist.
