Summary

The purpose of the bill is to reduce repeat crime and improve legal clarity. As a result of the changes, the workload in the courts and the prosecutor's office will decrease. The work organization of the prison service and probation is becoming more flexible and efficient. The opportunities for inmates and probationers to integrate into society and live law-abiding lives are improved.
