Summary

The bill simplifies and modernizes the submission of tax returns in order to reduce both the administrative burden of taxpayers and the workload of the state. Instead of the previous static declaration forms, lists of data to be submitted will be stipulated in future laws, which will enable the Tax and Customs Board to design the e-environment more flexibly and develop automatic data exchange between economic software and MTA systems. Changes are limited submission of paper declarations. Employers must in future submit the TSD declaration electronically regardless of the number of employees. Until now, it was possible to submit a declaration on paper for up to five employees. In the event of an objective obstacle, the possibility remains to request a paper submission permit.
