Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Art. L. 218‑4‑1 . – Lorsque la reproduction ou la communication au public sous une forme numérique de tout ou partie d’une publication de presse fait déjà l’objet d’une autorisation délivrée par l’éditeur de presse, l’agence de presse ou un organisme de gestion collective, cette autorisation emporte autorisation au sens de l’article L. 218‑2. « Dans ce cas, la rémunération prévue à l’article L. 218‑4 n’est pas due. »
