Summary
Le premier alinéa de l’article 75 du code civil est ainsi modifié : 1° Après les mots : « fera lecture aux époux des articles, » il est inséré les références : « 146, 147, ». 2° Cet alinéa est complété par les mots : « ainsi que de la phrase suivante : les violences conjugales, qu’elles soient de nature physiques, psychiques ou sexuelles, sont réprimées par les articles 222‑22, 222‑23, 222‑27, 222‑33‑2, 227‑7 du code pénal. »
