Summary
Compléter cet article par deux alinéas suivants : « IV. – Les pharmaciens d’officine et les pharmaciens exerçant au sein d’une pharmacie à usage intérieur ne sont pas tenus de participer à la préparation, à la transmission ou à la délivrance des substances létales mentionnées aux articles L. 1111‑12‑4 et L. 1111‑12‑6. « Le pharmacien qui refuse d’y participer en informe sans délai le professionnel de santé prescripteur et oriente celui-ci vers une officine ou une pharmacie à usage intérieur susceptible d’assurer cette délivrance. »
