Compléter cet article par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – Au plus tard trois ans après la publication de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant les effets économiques de la réduction du plafond de salaire pris en compte dans le calcul de la répartition de la participation et l’opportunité d’une nouvelle réduction de ce plafond à deux fois le montant du plafond mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241‑3 du code de la sécurité sociale. »
