Summary

Après l’article L. 442‑3 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un article L. 442‑3‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 442‑3‑1. –  Par dérogation à l’article L. 442‑1, dans un objectif de revitalisation des centres – bourgs et dans des zones et selon des modalités définies par décret, les lotissements soumis à permis d’aménager peuvent être constitués par la division en propriété et en jouissance de plusieurs parcelles non contiguës dès lors qu’une unité architecturale et paysagère est assurée et que les orientations d’aménagement et de programmation prévues à l’article L. 151‑7 ne s’y opposent pas. »
