Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « L’article 48 de la loi n° 2025‑127 du 14 février 2025 de finances pour 2025 est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au I, les mots : « du premier exercice » sont remplacés par les mots : « des deux premiers exercices » ; « 2° Le IV est ainsi modifié : « a) Le premier alinéa des A est complété par les mots : « pour les deux premiers exercices clos à compter du 31 décembre 2025 » ; « b) Le premier alinéa du B est complété par les mots : « pour les deux premiers exercices clos à compter du 31 décembre 2025 ». »
