Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « L’article 48 de la loi n° 2025‑127 du 14 février 2025 de finances pour 2025 est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au I, les mots : « au titre du premier exercice clos à compter du 31 décembre 2025 » sont supprimés. « 2° Le IV est ainsi modifié : « a) Au A, le taux : « 20,6 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 10,3 % » ; « b) Au B, le taux : « 41,2 % » est remplacés par le taux : « 20,6 % ». »
