Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Au plus tard le 1 er juillet 2022, il est interdit de proposer gratuitement par voie électronique un ou des échantillons de produits en échange de la collecte de données à caractère personnel en vue de la constitution d’un fichier tel que défini à l’article 2 de la loi n° 78‑17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés. »
