Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 2, supprimer la référence : « L. 741‑10, ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 9, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 6° bis L’article L. 741‑10 est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au premier alinéa, après le mot : « étranger », sont insérés les mots : « accompagné d’un mineur » ; « 2° Après le même premier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’étranger qui fait l’objet d’une décision de placement en rétention peut la contester devant le magistrat du siège du tribunal judiciaire, dans un délai de quarante-huit heures à compter de sa notification. »
