L’article 800‑1 du code de procédure pénale est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsque les frais d’interprétariat ont été engagés pour l’audience sans que la ou les personnes concernées n’aient comparu et informé de leur absence à l’audience dans un délai permettant d’éviter ces frais, ceux-ci peuvent être mis à leur charge, solidairement, par la juridiction. ».
