Summary
Le chapitre I er du titre I er du livre III de la quatrième partie du code de la santé publique est complété par un article L. 4311‑30 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 4311‑30. – L’infirmière ou l’infirmier alerte immédiatement l’Agence régionale de santé dont il dépend de toute situation de travail dont il a un motif raisonnable de penser qu’elle présente un danger grave et imminent pour sa vie ou sa santé. « Il peut se retirer d’une telle situation. »
