Après l’alinéa 7, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Chapitre I er bis  : Établissement  «  Art. L. 5591‑3 . – Les navires effectuant les liaisons définies à l’article L. 5591‑1 doivent être immatriculés au pavillon français de premier registre, conformément aux conditions définies par la législation française pour ses propres ressortissants. Le registre international français est exclu. »
