Au début, ajouter l’alinéa suivant : « Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 123‑7‑1 du code de l’éducation est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Lorsque le projet d’accord porte sur un domaine relevant du potentiel scientifique et technique de la Nation, le dossier transmis identifie l’ensemble des personnels participant au projet, y compris les doctorants et postdoctorants, ainsi que leur nationalité. »
