Compléter l’alinéa 3 par la phrase suivante : « À cette fin, à l’horizon 2035, la capacité installée de production d’électricité renouvelable doit atteindre au moins 100 gigawatts, la capacité installée de production d’électricité nucléaire doit atteindre 63 gigawatts, et la capacité installée de production hydraulique 29 gigawatts dont 6,7 gigawatts pour les stations de transfert d’énergie par pompage ; à l’horizon 2050, la capacité installée de production d’électricité renouvelable doit atteindre au moins 200 gigawatts, la capacité installée de production d’électricité nucléaire doit atteindre 90 gigawatts, et la capacité installée de production hydraulique 30 gigawatts ».
