Summary
Substituer aux alinéas 10 à 12 les sept alinéas suivants : « i) Le deuxième alinéa est ainsi modifié : « – La seconde occurrence du mot : « dix » est remplacée par le mot : « vingt » ; « – Le montant : « 150 000 euros » est remplacé par le montant : « 500 000 euros » ; « – Est ajouté une phrase ainsi rédigée : « En cas de récidive, la personne encourt une peine de sûreté de dix ans » ; « ii) Le troisième alinéa est ainsi modifié : « – La seconde occurrence du mot : « cinq » est remplacée par le mot : « dix » ; « – Le montant : « 75 000 euros« est remplacé par le montant : « 150000 euros » ; »
