I. – À l’alinéa 50, après la première occurrence du mot : « dispositions », insérer les mots : « du I et II de l’article L. 4121‑3‑1 ». II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa 50, supprimer les mots : « mentionné à l’article L. 4121‑3‑1 ». III. – En conséquence, à la fin dudit alinéa 50, substituer aux mots : « l’application de ces dispositions », les mots : « leur application, en cas d’absence du document. »
