Summary
I – À la fin de l’alinéa 22, substituer aux mots : « un alinéa ainsi rédigé » Les mots : « deux alinéas ainsi rédigés » II – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 23, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Toute personne faisant l’objet de poursuites disciplinaires bénéficie du droit à être informée des faits reprochés, à être assistée par un conseil, et à former un recours contre la décision devant une instance indépendante dans les conditions fixées par décret. »
