L’article L. 3322‑9 du code de la santé publique est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Le prix unitaire de vente des bières dont le titre alcoométrique excède les 11 % vol. est établi sur la base d’un prix minimum par unité d’alcool. « Ce prix ne peut être inférieur à un seuil fixé par décret en Conseil d’État. »
