Summary

I. Après l’alinéa 17, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° D’un montant maximal de 5 % du chiffre d’affaires hors taxe total réalisé en France en cas de méconnaissance des obligations mentionnées au I ;  2° D’un montant maximal de 10 % du chiffre d’affaires hors taxes réalisé en France pour les produits ou prestations pour lesquels les obligations mentionnées au II ou à l’article L. 165-9 ont été méconnues. ». II. En conséquence, à la fin de l’alinéa 17, substituer aux mots : « d’un montant maximal de 5 % du chiffre d’affaires hors taxe total réalisé en France, dans la limite de 10 000 euros, en cas de méconnaissance des obligations mentionnées au I » ; le signe : « : ».
