Substituer à l’alinéa 5 les quatre alinéas suivants : « 1° L’article L. 161‑23‑1 est ainsi modifié : « a) Au début, est ajoutée la mention : « I. – » ; « b) Il est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – Par dérogation au I du présent article, pour l’année 2025, la revalorisation s’effectue au 1 er janvier pour les pensions inférieures ou égales à 3 000 euros brut mensuel pour une part fiscale, et au 1 er juillet pour les pensions supérieures à 3 000 euros brut mensuel pour une part fiscale. » ; ».
