Summary
Compléter l’alinéa 5 par les deux phrases suivantes : « Ces structures s’intègrent pleinement à l’offre de soins palliatifs et ne sauraient en aucun cas se substituer aux unités de soins palliatifs. Leur rôle s’articule en complémentarité avec les dispositifs existants mentionnés aux articles L. 1110‑9 et L. 1110‑10 du code de la santé publique, garantissant ainsi une prise en charge globale et coordonnée des patients en fin de vie. »
