Summary
A l’alinéa 4, 1° substituer aux mots : « , mentions ou démarches », les mots : « ou mentions » 2° substituer aux mots : « , mentions, démarches », les mots : « ou mentions » ; 3° Compléter cet alinéa par la phrase suivante : « Les produits bénéficiant d’une démarche mentionnée au 3° de l’article L. 640‑2 sont compris dans ce pourcentage dès lors que les exploitations dont ils sont issus ont engagé, dans des conditions définies par décret, la démarche de certification ouvrant droit à la mention « haute valeur environnementale » mentionnée à l’article L. 611‑6. »
