Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 10 : « Art. L. 641‑4‑2 . – Les aménageurs d’une infrastructure de recharge ou de ravitaillement en carburants alternatifs ouverte au public garantissent l’interopérabilité de l’infrastructure pour l’itinérance de la recharge ou du ravitaillement selon des modalités précisées par décret en Conseil d’État. Le non-respect de ces obligations est passible d’une amende administrative dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’État. »
