Avant le dernier alinéa du III de l’article L. 631‑24 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La contractualisation sur la base des indicateurs mentionnés à la première phrase du neuvième alinéa du présent III est obligatoire. Le non-respect de cette obligation est passible de sanctions dont la nature et les modalités d’application sont définies par décret. »
