Après l’alinéa 34, insérer l'alinéa suivant : «  Art. L. 333-4-1 . – L’autorisation délivrée au titre du présent chapitre est délivrée gratuitement. Son instruction préalable par la société d’aménagement foncier et d’établissement rural peut toutefois faire l’objet d’une redevance forfaitaire à la charge du demandeur. Le montant de cette redevance est fixé par le décret en Conseil d’État prévu à l'article L. 333-5. »
