L. – 312‑1‑9. – Les établissements de crédit ne peuvent facturer l’envoi de courriers, papier ou électronique, à leurs clients, qu’il s’agisse de relevés de compte, de notifications d’incidents ou d’informations générales nécessaires à la gestion du compte. Ces communications doivent être assurées sans frais supplémentaires pour les clients. »
