I. – À l’alinéa 16, substituer aux mots : « avant le » les mots : « et jusqu’au prochain ». II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa, supprimer le mot : « suivant ». III. – En conséquence, après la première occurrence du mot : « unique », rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 16 : « sont réputés démissionnaires d’office à compter de la création de cette collectivité. »
