Summary
Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Lorsqu’une personne mentionnée au I est susceptible de bénéficier des mesures de protection prévues au titre XXI du livre IV du code de procédure pénale, son dossier est transmis au procureur de la République ou au juge d’instruction compétent. « L’anonymat des personnes est garanti à toutes les étapes de la procédure. »
