Summary
Substituer aux alinéas 2 à 4 les quatre alinéas suivants : « 1° L’article 7 est ainsi modifié : « a) Après le mot : « derniers » , la fin du troisième alinéa est supprimée ; « b) Après le troisième alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Le délai de prescription d’un viol est prolongé, le cas échéant, en cas de commission sur une autre victime par la même personne, avant l’expiration de ce délai, d’un nouveau viol, d’une agression sexuelle ou d’une atteinte sexuelle, jusqu’à la date de prescription de cette nouvelle infraction. » »
