Après l’alinéa 52, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « « Par dérogation à l’article L. 3131‑13 du code de la santé publique, si l’état d’urgence sanitaire est déclaré sur le territoire d’une autre collectivité mentionnée à l’article 72‑3 de la Constitution avant le 1 er mars 2022, cet état d’urgence est applicable jusqu’au 31 mars 2022 inclus. » ; ».
