Après l’alinéa 11, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 4° L’article L. 145‑40‑2 du code du commerce est ainsi modifié : « a) La première phrase du premier alinéa est complétée par les mots : « , hormis la taxe foncière qui est obligatoirement imputée au bailleur. » ; « b) Au dernier alinéa, après le mot « redevance », sont insérés les mots : « , dont la taxe foncière, ». »
