Summary
I. – Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 2172‑3 du code la commande publique est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ces dispositions sont applicables aux lots dont le montant est inférieur à 300 000 euros hors taxes. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
