Summary
I. – Supprimer les alinéas 42 à 45. II. – En conséquence, supprimer les alinéas 68 et 69. III. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 72, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « c) Au II du même article, les mots : « , entre cette même année et l’antépénultième année, » sont supprimés ; « d) Au II dudit article, après le mot : « tabac » , sont insérés les mots : « constatée au cours de cette même année ».
