I. – Le A de l’article 278‑0 bis du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « 2°  bis Les matériaux biosourcés définis par l’arrêté du 19 décembre 2012 relatif au contenu et aux conditions d’attribution du label « bâtiment biosourcés ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
