Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications his views on the significant issues highlighted by a person (details supplied) in respect of access to solar photovoltaic grants through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland whereby houses that were originally due to be completed before the end of December 2020 but were delayed due to the impact of Covid-19 are subsequently ineligible; if the criteria can be reviewed for homes in this category; if he will outline the alternative avenues, if any, that can be accessed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
