The bill provides for raising the corresponding coercive money ceiling from 640 euros to 6,400 euros, so that the Language Inspectorate has the opportunity to better and more effectively carry out the activities assigned to it. The draft aims to improve the implementation of the Language Act, to positively motivate the heads of institutions and entrepreneurs, in order to contribute more to the learning of the Estonian language by employees.

Eelnõuga nähakse ette väikeaktsionäride huvide parema kaitse tagamise kaitseks mitmed muudatused äriseadustikus. Eelnõuga antakse väikeosanikele ja -aktsionäridele senisest ulatuslikum õigus saada teavet, õigus teatud tingimustel nõuda dividendide maksmist (nn sunddividendi nõue), õigus panna maksma äriühingu nõudeid äriühingu juhatuse liikmete vastu, õigus teatud juhtudel äriühingust välja astuda ja nõuda oma osaluse eest õiglast hüvitust, sh juhul, kui aktsiaselts, mille aktsiad on seni olnud kaubeldavad väärtpaberiturul, võtab vastu otsuse aktsiate väärtpaberiturul kauplemise lõpetamiseks.

According to the draft, the task of the problem committee is to analyze the current state of drug addiction and HIV prevention development plans and corresponding national strategies, including analysis of the planning and use of financial resources. The task of the problem commission is to propose solutions to radically reduce the number of drug deaths and the spread of HIV, to put an end to drug crime and to ensure effective addiction treatment.
