Act on the Amendment of the Act on Rural Life and Agricultural Market Organization

The draft stipulates the authorization norm, which gives the minister responsible for the field the opportunity to establish in the future the submission of applications, payment requests and other documents only electronically through the e-service environment. The change is necessary so that subsidies granted under the Rural Life and Agricultural Market Act can be fully switched to the use of e-PRIA in the future, if necessary. Although it is already possible to submit an application electronically, then there is no possibility to switch to electronic application only. The goal of the transition to E-PRIA is to simplify the submission of applications and shorten the processing times of applications. The change does not automatically mean that e-PRIA must be used in all support measures in the future, but the change authorizes the minister responsible for the field to consider this possibility separately for each support measure in the future. In addition, it is organized and the draft specifies the provision that concerns the determination of the grants to be granted in the fiscal year and the funds intended for granting the grant.
