Act amending the Social Welfare Act and the Administrative Cooperation Act

The bill envisages making the journey of receiving special care services that support the coping and quality of life of people with special mental needs shorter and clearer for both service users and organizers. A uniform organizational system for referral to services and provision of services will also be created. The purpose of the bill is to ensure the provision of need-based and flexible special care services, which includes the assessment of the need for special care services and the person's counseling at the Social Insurance Board.
