<b>Content:</b> Reduction of barriers to return, targeted return assistance, redemption of individual claims while avoiding deadweight effects, time limit; Amendment to § 27 ArVNG, § 26 AnVNG, § 19 KnVNG, §§ 3 and 18 of the Act to Improve Company Pension Provision, §§ 10 and 52 EStG, §§ 2 and 10 WoPG, §§ 1 and 8 SparPG and §§ 2 and 17 VermBG. The federal government incurs costs for return assistance, for those receiving state benefits Savings benefits and contribution refunds in the miners' pension insurance as well as in the other pension insurance providers in the order of 155 million DM for 1983, 680 million DM for 1984. In contrast, there are savings of 340 million DM for 1985 and 275 million DM for 1986 to 1987. <br><br><b>Changes due to the committee recommendation:</b> The earliest possible The point in time from which the foreign employee enters the scope of the The date of departure from the law is October 30, 1983 if employees have become unemployed as a result of company closures or bankruptcy.
