Prohibit police officers guilty of serious crimes from receiving their pension

Summary

We urge the Government to legislate to stop police officers convicted of serious crimes from receiving their police, public-funded pensions. I am the victim of a police officer-perpetrated crime – the officer was sentenced to eight years in prison and after being found guilty and whilst awaiting sentencing, was still being paid a wage and pension.
