HAMDT 243 (102nd)
Amendments en bloc clarify that the National Institute of Standards and Technology may continue its policy of doing work for other agencies; add clarifying language related to the Advanced Technology Program and accountability language related to technology transfer activities of the Federal Laboratory Consortium; and make clear that the bill's provisions, including those dealing with high resolution information systems, are not intended to impede the work of the Federal Communications Commission and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
