An amendment consisting of several amendments offered en bloc to do the following: extend the time by which the Coast Guard is to complete plans for the relocation and preservation of the Cape Cod lighthouse; clarify the responsibilities of the Coast Guard and the State of Michigan regarding the regulation of a vessel operating on the Cass River in Frankenmuth, Michigan; and prohibit the use of any funds authorized in the bill to be expended by any agency unless the agency agrees to comply with the provisions of the Buy American Act.
